1. License

• You get a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use these assets in personal and commercial projects!
• Projects can be monetized; royalties to RadiantPixel Studios are optional. Go ahead and bring your ideas to life!

2. Canon Rules

• Projects made with these assets are non-canon within TOA (The Outer Abyss) by default.
• Want your project to be canon? Contact radiantpix1001@gmail.com.
• Approved canon projects may be referenced or incorporated in future TOA (The Outer Abyss) works—your contribution could become part of the lore!

3. Ownership

• All assets in this pack stay the property of RadiantPixel Studios.
• Your own original content or third-party assets remain yours.
• Submitting assets for inclusion in the pack transfers ownership to RadiantPixel Studios.

4. Asset Pack Updates

• This pack keeps growing with assets from ongoing projects.
• Updates are free for existing purchasers, so your collection stays fresh and ready to use!

5. Pricing

• Introductory release: $10 (first month)
• Standard price: $50
• Regular updates: Temporarily $15
• Major updates (full project assets): Temporarily $10
• Holiday promotions: Temporarily $5
• Special promotions: Occasionally $1

6. Restrictions

• Redistribution, resale, or claiming assets as your own is not allowed.
• Use the assets responsibly and fairly!
