Part 1 of the Third Version of Rigged!

Part 2 will release sometime before the 31st, anyways!

But I am releasing this update in two parts since I had already planned on releasing today, I just didn't do some things I had planned so part 2 will add Ammo Caches and revamp some of the newer stuff from this version and Test Version-4 will probably be the last version of Phase 1 which is good seeing that development is honestly going really friggin well so I hope you all enjoy this version as it took a couple days to whip up and put together
